Brian Schwadron recently jumped off the Topsy Turvy Bus as it passed through St. Louis. He had been traveling the United States with a group from the Teva Climate Learning Center.
The bus is upside down to represent the United States Federal Government Spending which is "upside down" in its priorities. http://www.jewishclimatecampaign.org/busTour.php
